I never got the e-mail to confirm a trade.
So I was trading TF2 items with a friend. We finished the transaction, and then it told me to confirm the trade through my e-mail. He got the e-mail, but I didn't. We did the trade yesterday, and I still don't have the e-mail.

Before you suggest; yes, I looked at the correct e-mail adress, and yes, I looked at my spam folder. It's not there.

Can anyone help me?

Check your email if it's the correct one.
If you're using mobile authenticator then it's in confirmations.

As I said, it IS the correct e-mail, but there is no message. If I was using mobile authenticator, I didn't get that either.

I saw there was a way to turn off the need for an e-mail confirmation, but I don't know if they removed that or not.

There's no mail confirmation when you use mobile authenticator..

I never get a mail to accept confirmation when using mobile authenticator.

When you trade stuff it'll redirect to your mobile authenticator instantly.
There's no such thing that it'll mails you for confirmation, that was something in past before they invented the mobile authenticator.

Not you.

Unfortunatly, I don't have the screenshot, but I remember it specifically said that it sent an e-mail.

No maybe it's your friend.
Your friend didn't use mobile authenticator which redirect it on email confirmation.
Ask your friend to check his/her mail.

Yeah, as I said, he got the e-mail and confirmed it, but it also wanted me to do it. And, you know what happened.

Right now, I think I just want to know if there is a way to undo the transaction, or if I can turn off the need for any sort of verification.

I am not exactly sure about that maybe other forumers could help or you can file a support ticket about it.

Ok. That's fine. Even if it wasn't fixed, I appreciate the help. :steamhappy:
