0:22: I know in Vegas Pro (What I use), and in premiere pro (What I used to use when I had money) you can create the text in the editor, add an outline, use the font he used, then keyframe to make the text jump and scale it to move back, then keyframe more to go down, then add a mask in front of the desk to make it look like it slowly disappears behind the desk.
2:26: Once again, pretty much the same as 0:00, except in a different spot.
