Low FPS on new gaming PC
Alright, so on Christmas I was gifted with a brand spankin' new iBUYPOWER Trace930 gaming PC by the gods. The next day, I realized I was getting 20-30 FPS on most games. What???

My specs:
Processor - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz
16GB Ram
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
64-Bit Win 10

According to Can You Run It, I should be able to run nearly every game on the highest settings, but right now I get like 30 fps with the lowest settings! Could I get some help please?

Sounds like you may have plugged the monitor into the motherboard.

When I try to access the NVIDIA Control Panel, it says "You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU"

Yep, I was plugging in my monitor with the blue thingy instead of HDMI. Thanks for your help!
