Auto-save/ game launch failure Fix for Windows 10

If you are having auto-save failures or can't launch a game (click play, says "running", then a couple seconds later it just stops) I have the fix for windows 10 users. The problem is WINDOWS DEFENDER. you need to disable controlled folder access, then it works. simple as that.
To do this:
Open windows defender
click the shield icon, or virus and threat protection
click virus and threat protection settings
scroll all the way down until you see "Controlled Folder Access"
Turn it OFF
please help others by giving a link to this discussion in EVERY other discussion about this.
REMEMBER: This is only the fix for windows 10 users.

this fixes the auto save and game launch failures for windows 10 PC's. If you have installed the newest windows 10 Creators update and it is ON then you will likely have this problem. NOTHING ELSE worked. Out of every one of those other "solutions", none but this worked.

Nope. Nothing. Latest version and all my games are in 100% working order.
