That's a game that often gets spammed in bundles and
turns up on key sites and trading sites for less than a buck
As a rule of thumb I wouldn't buy a game here that isn't heavily discounted simply as Steam is notorious for hosting trollware and fake kickstarter / Early access titles
You can only use the refund option so many times in a row before support will make you cool off for a bit saying that Steam isn't a trollware rental shop
I also recall how I got a refund from GamersGate before Steam had refunds, like at all.

Lots of specifics, pretty much all of them boil down to, no refunds if you've activated the game.

Humble will only issue refunds if you make a mistake and never touch the game or reveal the key. Once the key is revealed, you're 100% totally screwed
