Astro a50 no steam sound

I got some astro a50 headphones about a week ago, and it sometimes it plays steam sound sometimes it doesnt. If you watch the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VufSRSvjcMg Ive done everything they said in that video-they make sound when I use a browser but whenever I play a game on steam no sound. (Astro a50 wireless)
