I used to ask like that too, "give me the best" or "is this good enough to run games?".
I got scammed in this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ country quite few times because inexperienced picking parts.
None of them are honest, they just want to make quick bucks.
Anyway op, you should be able to run it fine at lower settings and resolution.

10-20fps..
its still forgiveable if its a turn based/strategy but fast paced? that will ruins my eye.
Guy who made the video says the recording shaved off about 10-15 fps.

In any case, It is up to the op to decide if that is playable or not. Some people happily game on sub 30fps rigs.
