Dowload spped caps ar 3 mbps
i know my internet can download at at least 25 mbps but on steam it caps at 3 how do i fix it ???????

Steam does megabytes per second by default*, ISP usually tells you the speed in megabits per second.

3 megabytes per second = 24 megabits per second.

Steam > Settings > Downloads and check the box "Display download rates in bits per second."
