Can i transfer paysafe account money to steam wallet?

I have 4.80$ in my paysafe account and i don't know what to do because steam doesn't let me to transfer 5$ because i only have 4.80$

Via Steam: Never ever. But Paysafe may allow that.

U CAN transfer,go to ur steam wallet ,payment method adn change visa or whatever u have there to paysafe or paypal card ,then go to add funds to ur steam wallet and select the payment amount!
