Paying partial amount with Paysafecard?
I have $6.40 CDN on my paysafecard. OF course I need $6.80 to purchase the game etc. So, is there a way to put this $6.40 in my steam wallet? Steam only allowes set rates like $5, $10.Not custom amounts. Or is there a way to pay $6.40 with paysafecard and the rest with paypal etc?

it's not disallowed, and you still can't add funds lower than $5, $5 is minimum, and there's a cap, but it's really high, $6.40 is an easy task
