Steam scheduled gift did not deliver and I can’t figure out what to do.
I scheduled a gift to be sent at 9:40 AM EST. It is now 38 minutes past that and the gift has not been delivered.

I have the email receipt.

I was charged.

But the email does not show in my gift inventory or history. It does show in my purchase history, but I cannot resend or change anything. It still says “scheduled to be delivered at 9:40 AM EST”.

What the heck am I supposed to do? This is a Christmas gift, all the physical gifts have been opened, and every second that ticks by now stresses me out.

Same thing with me, except over 100 Im fixing now. Icons did show up for mine though. Make sure you have gifts selected, because if its just coupons, or something else, the gift icons wont show up.
I just did a post on this as well. Your gift may have been sent days ago and already accepted. Have them check their email.

Actually I bought it this morning to be scheduled for 9:40 because I wanted it to be delivered during the physical gift exchange. How naive I was to believe that a 9:40 AM delivery meant 9:40 AM.

The only thing I can think of, is maybe the game didnt process correctly. Every game I have bought to be gifted, was assigned an icon. I believe they do this to if a person refuses the game, then they can hopefully not lose the sale.

Okay I was able to get to the items and manage them, to send immediately. Thank you for the advice.

Will never use the future delivery feature again, lol. But all is now well.

I had one scheduled for Dec 25th 5:00 AM CST. Past noon now, and was never delivered. I went in and changed it to immediate delivery and it went out.

One I would not complain about, let alone report. It's when actually 113 of them total between my wife and I that never got delievered, especially on time with the delievery system that ticked me off. Out of 113 titles, 17 allowed me to send them immidiately to whom they were supposed to. 96 others did not give that option, and moment I selected the icon to modify those, it lost all information and required me to send who it was for, type in my name, the person who is getting the gifts name, and a message. It was fun the first time around, second time annoying, third time on Christmas day, NIGHTMARE. Retyping that information all over again, and with arthretis in your hands is not pleasant. Sorry for spelling, Im just extremely tired.
