can someone please help me on what to do to fix this problem, I just bought the game but can't download it

Are you trying to run it on a Mac?

Or on a 32 bit Windows? I believe it's 64 bit only, which it will specify on the store page.

It's not if you're receiving that error message.

Nope, Your GPU will not stop you being allowed to download games on Steam. Only your operating system

soo it,s really my OS? re-download 64-bit Windows 10 is the solution?

Press Windows + Pause Key on your keyboard and a window will open that will tell you if you have a 32 or 64Bit Windows installed.

that's what it shows (32-bit Operating Syster, x64-based processor)

Then you don't have a 64Bit Windows. Which means the error was correct.
To run the game you must install a 64Bit Windows, which will require a installation of a new Windows copy, but you can keep using your current license as it is valid for 32 and 64Bit.
