Whenever I try to trade with somebody it keeps on giving me those little monsters with the error saying I have to wait 15 days to trade
Before when I didn't have it enabled yet it would still at least let me trade but with a 15 day trade hold, why not now? And how come I have to wait 15? Wasn't it 7?

SteamGuard MUST be enabled to be able to trade, that requirement has been in place for a long time now.

Huh? I know that. I'm just saying I accidentally disabled it then reinstalled it.

How can you accidentally disable it when it requires actual confirmation?
And yes, the 15 day thing was always there.

I know it was always there. I'm saying, when I didn't have it enabled before, all it would give me is a 15 day trade hold. But now, I have to wait 15 days before actually trading???? I thought it was 7 days for trading, and 15 days for using the market?

No. It was always 15 days that SteamGuard must be active to be able to trade or use the market.

OP are you talking about the mobile authenticator?

Yes

All trades (and market listings) created within the first 7 days since the moment you enabled the Mobile Authenticator will still have 15 day holds on them.

Steam Guard Email and the Mobile Authenticator are 2 things. I just wanted to know which one you were talking about.
