Steam games lag from movement of mouse ;~;

so i cant move my mouse without csgo dropping to 1fps people say its a virus but avg and freefixer didn't find anything i really need help ;~;
i have tryed:
Restart
unplug
verify game files
What worked:
Running as admin worked but then i couldnt join vac games

1. Type 'msconfig' in your search bar at the windows menu. Then go to services and startup (both) and disable the unnecessary programs that you dont need.
2. Go to mouse settings in control panel. Then go to pointer options. There keep your windows sensitivity at 6 and disable 'Enhance pointer precision'.
3 . Disable Vsync ingame.

get rid of your pay to do nothing virus scanners and use windows defender.

specs: CPU:AMD FX-8320 Eigth core 3.50ghz
GPU: Nvidia geforce 960
RAM:ddr4 8gb
