for a project i'm look for games with support of the Distributed Interactive Simulation or DIS Protocol standard (A Protocol to connect different programms in one simulation)

If you know a game or a mod for a game which make the game DIS useable please let me know the game.

I don't think any Steam games have that.

I don't if X-Plane is still available on Steam but there is a HLA/DIS plugin available.
