(SOLVED) Steam doesn't open when i login to my other account... (Windows 10)
So basically when i change my acc. it doesn't open steam, it tells me there's a connection problem, but how can there be a problem if i still can sign into this account. So i tried closing it from task manger, deleting and reinstalling it, logging in from a browser and from the phone browser... Nothing worked yet.

Try the same account from another computer.

What if you go to https://store.steampowered.com/login/ in your browser? Everything works with both accounts on the site?

How exactly do you change accounts?

Yeah, i can't login to the other account from the browser. I always changed my accounts from the steam application on pc, and the last time i was able to login to the other account was like 4 weeks ago...

OH ♥♥♥♥, i just got into it from my browser wtf!? I tried it like 30 mins ago and couldn't. Bro idk wtf is going on

It might have something to do with Family view because i have it on that account. I'll disable it just in case

Yep, it's Family View, i tried logging in with the family view on again and couldn't, then turned it off and now it's working!

That's real odd that it didn't let you connect at all.

How is family view supposed to affect that account via browsers? I have never tried it..

I don't really know what family view is, i confused it with library sharing once, so i turned it on, and basically everytime i logged in it asked me for a 4 digit pin code which i set bymyself (i think) , it was always 0000.

It's supposed to be a parental lock or sorts, lets you prevent your kids from buying games or playing certain things. Might work over sharing.

No point of having it on for no reason.
