How do i delete a game from my pc but not from my steam library?

my pc doesnt have alot space left and i dont play ark survival that much so ive thought to delete it for a bit time so i can have space for other games. But when i tryed deleting it It said it would delete it from my library and i dont know if i can get the game back if i later want it I spend alot money on the game. PLS HELP

Right click on the game in your library and choose "Uninstall." That just uninstalls the game on your PC.

Just uninstall it and reinstall it when you want to play it again and got space. You're totally overthinking this.

It would uninstall it and you'll be able to install it again as long as you stay on the same Steam account. How did you even think the game would be gone for good?
