How to transfer money between accounts?

I have about 18€ on one of my steam account and I want to transfer them to another account. I am aware that steam normally doesn't allow this. But it is possible through the steam market with fx. cs:go skins. But unfortunately I am VAC-banned from cs:go because of phone-sharing so i cant do that with csgo skins. Any other way? or any other items you can do it with?

Purchase games or items and send them as gifts.

There are a lot of games that have tradable/marketable items.
Just purchase items from game other than CSGO and trade them to your other account.

thanks, found out that Dota 2 items sells the same way as cs:go, which makes this possible and sold that for 18€ to my other one hahahhaha.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to complain about my recent run in with steam gift giving but I was told that my account was flagged for being suspicous for giving out gifts and thought it was for commercial use? I just wanted to give my friend a gift that was on sale, not tale over the game market

next time, make your own thread. you need to contact Steam Support, they are the only ones that can assist you
