How to change the Time zone in steam chat?
I have the PM Thing instead of the regular europe clock. How do I change to that? Example it is 1PM instead of 13:00

Press the cogwheel in the chat window. Should be top right of the friend list(not window)
Go to chat and press the always display 24 hour clock

Thanks. And I see that the clock is 1 hour forward to the real one. How to adjust that? For example now its 13:46 and when i write in chat its 14:46

Fix your system time

As Steam uses your system time, check the time, date and timezone settings of your computer/device.

I have the right settings of time in my pc

Sounds like you have the incorrect DST setting
