Otherwise, youd have to go game by game to see how to change languages, usually by editing files if there is no native functionality. There is no universal Steam setting that controls game content.
Brazil is the only southamerican country to use Portuguese as their national language. It does have it's own twist on the language, kinda like the "German" that Austria and Switzerland use.
Which obviously something that aggravates the OP in an irrational manner.

I could argue that Brazilians are the "real" Portuguese speakers now, there being far more of them than the actual Portuguese at this point...as a point of digression anyways.
If you can find line for language, you can change it to English, save the file and make it read only.
