GTX 970 ASUS STRIX OC

Hi guys can someone help me i overclock my core clock to 150 and memory clock to 120
it increase my fps to 15+ and i got 61c on gaming and im thinking i should increase it
my target temperature is 70c lock how much core clock and memory clock should i increase and what should must be the higher core clock or memory clock? what if my core clock is 150 what should my memory clock is? so i can balance it? anyone here knows OC? this is my first time so im little bit scared firing it higher...
PS: Im Struggling on Watch Dogs 2 when im on CITY im dropping from 50 to 35 then when it loads the terrain. but mostly i get 40-45fps when on CITY i just dropping when terrain loads is it my PROCESSOR?
