Download-Required space only 126mb??

So I bought the new The walking dead telltale game and batman telltale finally. And as I wanted to download I noticed Required space 126mb for The walking dead and Batman..Ofcourse this seemed weird to me I expected above 8gb..Once I downloaded those 126mb the game was ready to play and then I got an error in one case it was "Failed to start game (missing executable)" for The Walking Dead and for Batman I got "Failed to start game (invalid app configuration)..anyone else dealing or has dealt with this kind of issue? is this a steam issue that they'll fix or should I ask for a refund?

To make it short, the new Telltale Batman game needs a 64bit Windows to run.
The older Telltale games also ran on 32bit, the new ones (Batman, Walking Dead Season 3) do not since its a new engine.
The 128 mb it downloaded are the 32bit files, most likely DirectX or similar.

Oh man..my bad I guess. I just checked Ram, procs, and graphics didn't thought of that.

Well, if you own a legal Windows copy then your key is also good for the 64bit version of the same OS. Just go to the Microsoft page and download an ISO of the 64bit version of your Windows version. So for example if you own Windows 7 Home, you download the Windows 7 Home 64bit ISO.
Reinstall that 64bit version of Windows and during installation use the same serial key as for your 32bit version.
There is really no reason to still use Windows 32bit in 2017. Everything that runs on 32bit will also work on 64bit and most new releases need 64bit by now.
