All of my games are gone
Okay I just purchased a new computer and first thing i do is download steam. I setup everything and log into my account like usual, but when i go to my library and yes i have purchased games such as ark, skyrim, etc. and i did also make sure i was on the right account. Well i went to my library and nothing there i search up ark it says not purchased but then i go to my old computer and log in and all my games are there. Can someone please help me.

Open your license history on your Steam account details page. Is there anything about the games there?
If no, then you are on the wrong account.

On both computers, does the account name on the top right corner of the Steam client window match?

Your profile name superradish335 doesn't have to be unique, but your account name does.

Don't contact Valve for this nonsense. You most probably logged in to wrong account or messed up with security codes several times. Every time you log in to your accont in different computer, network or browser you have to keep your phone ready for security, follow all instructions to a letter and everything is going to be fine.

If you're logged into the wrong account, by logging into the correct one.

If you were using family sharing, by setting up family sharing again.

The account you are posting with only has 3 games. And the last time you played anything was CSGO in September on there.

I am pretty sure you are on the wrong account. That account is also very new, not even a year old.

i know i am not on the wrong account i checked on my old computer has all my games and its the same user and password.

Did you compare the displayed name in to top right corner of the client on both the new and old computer?

i did look in the top right corner. I know that i have multipler accountsd none with close to the same account name in the top right and none have the same proifile picture either.
