Orange names

Why some people have their profile picture frame in orange ?
And when they're online it says "currently online" in orange....
like these 2 people

• That forum moderator later went on to say it's not bannable as seen here, though this is incorrect. He is a forum moderator, and has no connection to valve, so valve could very well decide to ban you for doing this exploit.
