How long does Steam Support take to Reply to Ticket?

Recently i had an Overwatch ban for a month for grieving... I did absolutely nothing so i submitted a ticket with all the information i need after reading a page letting me know what i can do.

I Sent a ticket about three days ago and im just wondering how Long on average does it take for them to reply? I haven't been on Steam for long, so i just want help about this.

Steam has nothing to do with overwatch, you should be going through the blizzard client.

Pay no attention to that. If your account has been convicted by Overwatch and issued a minorly disruptive ban then a group of Overwatch Investigators viewed anonymised footage of a match that your account was actively griefing in and issued the ban. No arguments, no appeals and no way out of it. Make sure it doesn't happen again if you don't want your account to be permabanned.

Stop that. You have CSGO on your list of games so you should know perfectly well that the OP is referring to a CSGO ban.

Ye Gods, I've never played the game and even I know what Overwatch means in this context.

Alright. I don't play CSGO and I have never heard of an "overwatch csgo ban". But if that is what was being reffered to then I apologise for the misunderstanding. In which case @scarce's overdose, if steam has not responed by 3 days, generally in my experience it means they have declined your appeal, I could be wrong, give it a couple more days.

This is why Steam Support is so backed up . Things that have nothing to do with them .
