Steam Ondersteuning reageert niet
Ik heb een probleem met een update van een spel, en ging daarmee naar steam support, maar als ik bij stap 1 op de knop "de steam-client starten" druk staat er in mijn steam:" {"succes":15} " maar verder op de site gebeurt er niks. Hij blijft dus vast bij stap 1.

ENGLISH:
So, I have a problem with my Steam. If I want to update a game, it doesn't do anything. It just says that its updating but the download line above keeps on the bottom. I went to Steam Support and started the Steam Client test, and a white screen with the text {"success":15} is there, but nothing changes/happens on my internet browser nor on steam.
Could this be because I recently got a new router with new IP adress?

It says that it's running but it's not doing anything.

okay I just figured out that I can't update AND download any games, and my 3dmark firestrike had a connection problem at the start so that benchmark doesn't work either.
