Requesting A Refund From Purchase Off Amazon for MW
I recently received a redemption code for Christmas for the new Call of Duty, I used it on my steam account, everything is fine,however my internet connection is too slow to play the game.

How do I go about getting a refund from either Steam or Amazon? I played the game for less than 2 hours.

You can only get a refund via Steam if you purchased the game through Steam's store. You'll have to contact Amazon about the refund.

You have to get teh refund from where you purchased it.

Amazon has a "no refunds" policy for digital games.

You also cant return boxed games once opened
