all games locked at 30fps
I dunno why but i have vsync off and it is still locked at 30fps in all Games!

my graphic card is NVIDIA GeForve 1060 with 6GB

In the nVidia control panel see if you can find an option for global Vsync and disable it. There might also be an option somewhere giving Vsync preference to the individual program, not the control panel. Once both of those are set it should work again. That was my problem for a long time.

I have it, I must turn off GSync and then go to the Global Settings and turn VSync off again. :steamhappy:
