Is there a way to trade faster?
this 15 day wait means I can't trade any cards, the sale wasn't even 15 days long

Yes, you can. The cards expire 2/2. Plenty of time even with the hold.

You need to set up Steam Mobile Authenticator.

You evidently did not understand anything in that text, read again. Has nothing to do with programming. Everyone with elementary school level education can understand it.

You're really exaggerating
How do I get to that visualbasic-looking screenshot

Assuming you're talking about MancSoulja's link since that's the only one with screenshots, the links to the Android, iOS and WindowsMobile versions are given at the start. The steam app should also be listed in the store/market page for your mobile device.

There is no official way to run the mobile app on a Windows/OSX/Linux system since running both the client and the app on the same hardware defeats the purpose of two factor authentication.

Yeah that one! But which of those numbers do I dial? the 732-873 or the 75568?
None of this jibberish makes any sense

You don't dial any number. You don't. If you think that you need to dial anything, that means that you haven't understood the article. Or haven't read it.

Neither. That is an example of what you'll get when Steam sends you a confirmation code. You do not need to call anyone. You do not need to send a text to anyone.

In that photo, the "75568" is the confirmation code you enter into the box displayed in the next image. Your confirmation code will be different from the one displayed in that image.
