Duplicated item is not refundable
Hello, I've acquired a game twice, it was supposed to be a gift to my chld but wrongly acquired 2 times. When I noticed this, I’ve retained one of the gifts in my account and send the other one to my kid that activated it. Now when asking for a refund for one of the games, the steam support team tells me that my son must do the refund request, but he hasn’t got that functionality available.
I exchanged 3 times requests with the support team and they seem to not understand the problem. does anyone have some contact to the team other than the form on the site?

What game was this?

Unless it was some multi-pack bundle, you bought the game twice in seperate transactions?

It doesn't show up through there?

Hi The game is CSGO and they were 2 different transactions, the major problem is that the suport team send's me to a solution that is impossible and No one is there to clartify.
