Purchased a game but did not receive the Activation Code! Help
Earlier this morning, I purchased a game called "Planet Coaster", The purchase was a success but I did not receive an Activation Code but only a Confirmation Code, I tried redeeming the game with the Confirmation Code for up to 4 - 5 times maximum, If I have to wait to receive an email or something, please let me know down below

What do you mean 'Activation Code'? Did you purchase it from a third-party website? It seems like you have the game in your library already.

See thats the thing I go to install the game but it says I need to activate it first

It was purchased as a Gift first but it was then refunded to be changed to buying for myself

When I install it says "Planet Coaster is not available on your current platform"

Type 'dxdiag' into search on Windows and a diagnostic tool should run when you click enter. Check whether it says 32-bit or 64-bit next to Operating System.

The requirements for the game require 64-bit version of Windows to be used. You will not be able to play with 32-bit unless you upgrade to a 64-bit version.
