Steelseries arctis 3 mic not working?

Please help, i think it has something to do with my realtek drivers but when i uninstall them they reappear?

check the mic mute button on the left if it is clicked out of the headset then mic is turned off

i plugged the phone cable, 3.5mm instead of the dedicated steelseries cable, that was y only the sound worked.

I am actually still having a problem as well. My mic just doesn't work. I have tried using the cable you were talking about but it's no different.

make sure you use the right cables, you only want to use the Main Headset Cable and the Dual 3.5mm Extension Cable, NOT the 4-Pole 3.5 mm Adapter!!!!!

If I use these 2 cables (Main Headset Cable and the Dual 3.5mm Extension Cable) one side doesn't work, if i connected it via all 3 cables, sound working good, but microfone doesn't work, do you know, where is problem ?
