Tips for building a gaming PC for 720p-1080p. 500$-700$ budget.
Can anyone give me tips from the title? Ex: What GPU should I buy? Thank you very much :)
(The last discussion got locked. Idk why :steamsad:. So I made a new one)

The PC must:
-Play modern games low-medium settings 60± FPS
-Play Valve titles (Especially CSGO)
-Cheap as possible
-Strong enough to record gameplay

Case, keyboard, mouse, headset, and monitor are handled by me.

Thanks to Swifty for GPU reccomendation (GTX 660) :steamhappy:

Here's a good 1080p, 50 - 60fps, medium - ultra settings, PC.

(What motherboards are compatible with your case and how big is your case?)

  • CPU: i3-6100
  • Motherboard: ASRock B150M Pro4S Micro ATX LGA1151
  • RAM: Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4 - 2133 Memory
  • Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200PM Internal Hard Drive (Or a SSD if you please)
  • Video Card: MSI Radeon RX 480 4GB Gaming X Video Card
  • Power Supply: Seasonic G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi - Modular ATX Power Supply

    PcPartPicker Link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yfH8Ps

The total cost of the build (without the case like you said) is $574.92.
You can cut down the cost by around $50 by getting an RX 470.

Overall, this build is excellent for 1080p 60fps at medium - ultra settings.
You should be able to play CS : GO ultra settings with more than 144fps, even while recording. You should also be able to play a game like Battlefield 1 at ultra settings at around 60fps.
You can even play a very demanding game like the Witcher 3 at high - ultra settigs at 50 - 60fps!

Use Pcpartpicker and Logicalincrements for more useful information regarding gaming PC's.
    Hope this helped! :steamhappy:
