My PC Is Acting Stupid! Please Help!!!!!!

So recently I have been on my computer, and for 7-10 mins it runs great. Everything goes downhill from there. For example. Before the problem, I could run CS:GO past 100 FPS. Now, the average is 3! Of 930 GB, I have 534 GB free, my PC is cleaned out for the most part, and I've only had one case of Malware many months ago, in which I used Malwarebytes several times successfully. I really want this to be solved. Everything was working well until now.

You haven't given enough information to even begin to guess what's wrong

Start by getting a decent virus scan, not just malware scanner

You either have something infecting your computer, or you have a hardware failure

I just did a full scan and from what it said everything is gone, but with hardware faliure, I've only had this since last Christmas, and during that time I cleaned it regularly. Everything is working as it was before, but of course the problem comes into hand.

And I don't exactly know how to access my computer components, such as a processor or the motherboard information :/ sorry.

BTW after inspecting things I found that my graphics card's fan wasn't spinning, and as soon as that started I went onto a flash game and it was smoother, so for now let this discussion be delayed :) thanks though!
