Download Stuck
Im trying to download Skyrim: The Elder Scrolls but its not working, Im on a new computer trying to install it from an old account but it keeps getting stuck at 29% and then saying steam needs to be connected to the internet to update. Even though I am connected Please help!

Do you mean using a back-up or maybe the original gamefolder from your previous computer?

Did you try
Library -> rightclick {game} -> (pop-up menu) Properties -> (pop-up window) tab "Local Files" -> (button) Verify Integrity of Game Cache Files.

If you did and it didn't help,
Stop the download and
(left top corner) Steam -> (pop-up window) Settings -> (tab) Downloads -> (button") "Clear Downoad Cache"
