Macros dont work
Hello! I recently bought a Natec Genesis GX75 gaming mouse and downloaded the driver from their site. Once I installed it, I opened it up and started creating a macro for one of my keys. After I finished and applied it, I pressed the key and it didn't work. I repeated the process multiple times but nothing changed. Because of this, I decided to ask you for help on why this is happening. Thank you very much and have a great day!

Do your macros work anywhere else? If not then it's your keyboard malfunctioning

Well I have macro keys on my keyboard as well and they work on it. I also tried assigning a key function on the mouse and it worked. But macros won't.

On any other platform do they work? If not it is definitely your keyboard

I tried to see if the macros work on a different laptop and they did not. Is this the answer you are looking for?

How can it be my keyboard if I tried the mouse on both a computer and a mouse and the macros did not work.
