There was a failure loading user game stats.

I cannot see my achievements or global achievements for Civilization VI. Achievements for other games work perfectly fine. I tried to reinstall Steam client and the game itself but it didn't help. I still get this error "There was a failure loading user game stats." Any ideas?

I whish it was a temporary thing, but I get this message since 20.10.2016 when i bought the game :)

Yes I checked it and there was two questions on other forums but without answers.

That means that other people have this problem too. That means that this is a problem with the game so there's no point in keeping on discussing it here. Discuss it in the game forum.

But the problem is not with Civilization Vi itself, other players had problems with other games not only whith this one.
