I'm new to steam, and I try to redeem a steam wallet code, at the first time steam ask my address and postal code, but when I enter my postal code, I accidently press the submit button and I only type "11" in the postal code (btw I'm using phone to redeem it) is that a problem or is there any way to change it?

It is to ensure you aren't being taxed the wrong prices. Putting in the wrong one can bite you back.
