All you posted is a DirectX diagnostic of a very weak PC.
The duel core is 2coreduo not even i3/15/i7. You can have all the ram in the world but it wont help

The cpu came out in q1 2008. It has no dedicated graphics card and what onboard is does have it just as old, same goes for the ram.
You were ripped off.
I suggest doing a bit of research before purchasing a pc as the one you just got is terrible & not meant for gaming.
To change the CPU will need a new motherboard then you must have a dedicated graphics card to at least play games. The onboard will never be good enough.
Your post has already been answered above to both of these questions.
