GPU = Graphics Processing Unit (Graphics card).
CPU = Central processing unit.
Probably wont run that well in 10 year old mobo. No pcie3 for a start and a piointless upgrade for the rest of the specs.
Since you didn't have a clue what a GPU even is, i find it highly unlikely you did any research before purchasing that system.
We know from the parts how old it is.
For example the CPU was released in the 1st 3 months of 2008. (Q1 2008)
To get an idea, what parts/specifications a decent gaming PC would need, just check the store pages of games you would like to play in a decent way and check the "Recommended System Requirements" on it.

Seriously don't bother. If you were going to do anything spend money on a graphics card then you can play most games from around 2008 and under.
