Really? Mine doesn't seem to still. Everything is so tiny it's too hard to read.

No I didn't do anything, it just started working. I'm not on Steam Beta.
I am on Windows 10 Pro Fall Creators Update. No compatibility settings activated for Steam.
I have Windows set to scale everything to 175%

I even fired up my other machine with 1080p and compared and its exactly the same.
FYI, my scaling for my 28-inch 4k monitor is 200%. I guess my eyes aren't what they used to be, lol

Because the Steam client only supports scaling while using Win 10. We have a setting for that.
Use your scaling options on your PC. Set it to 125%.
