no. I have always had it on "unlimited in the download speed.
The thing is that It shows 10 up and 10 down on speedtest since it cant handle more...
1.2mb/s is about 10 mbps
I would contact your ISP and ask why you are receiving such low speeds.
You have something wrong between you and isp. did you upgraded the router also ? are you sure the contract won't start until the first day of the next month, might be delayed by few day.
then go in your bios and try to see if you can change your setting, if you can't try to see with your driver if they are capped, you look to have a motherboard with auto optimisation , it might be the problem
