Type Steam in the "Search" or goto C:\program files(x64)\steam\ while "This PC" is opened.

You can also browse to the game's folder when you rightclick any game in your library > Properties

Then go to "LOCAL" and use the button to view Files in local folder.

Also, post here if you have questions about M&B:

You should have had Steam shortcut on your Desktop after installing Steam Client.
All you had to do was right click that > click Open File Location

When you first install OS like Win8 or 10; Windows Explorer is compacted quite a bit.
In Windows Explorer, go to View, then Folder Options.
Check boxes for "Expand Folders"
Un-check boxes for any "Hide" related options

And instead of "Computer" this is now called "This PC"
To which is where you'll find your Drives; such as Local Disk Drive [C]
