HOW DO I CREATE A STEAM SUPPORT ACCOUT AND TICKET?!?!

This is honestly my last straw with Steam Support. They make it so insanely difficult to get answers and make you depend on "pre-answered" questions to help you. What I would like to know is how the hell do I create a steam support account and make a ticket?! I had a steam support account a while ago but I deleted it. Now, I want to make a new one and it seems as if they have removed the new account and ticket feature completely. Correct me if I'm wrong. Support honestly sucks.

You don't need a different account for support now, use the same one you use to play.

https://help.steampowered.com/en/

Support is perfectly fine.
Just go to https://help.steampowered.com/en/ and select what you have a problem with.
After you select the option for you, there should be a button that says "Contact Steam Support" or something like that.
After that, just tell them your problem and they will fix it ASAP.

I had a question about being a moderator, and they wrote back in about 3 - 4 hours.

Pretty fast for something important. But results may vary from person to person.

I still can't contact support. I navigate the menus, select my problem, click on the "contact steam support" button... and it takes me right back to the main support menu.

Any suggestions?

Are you logged into the Support pages?
