Steam Skins Not Showing

When I put steam skins in the Steam\Skins folder they don't show up under the interface section, only default does. I tried restarting steam and rebooting PC, also made sure the file structure is correct (ex: Steam\Skins\Pixelvision2 - has all the folders like friends, graphics etc.)

Same, here. I have many skins in my Steam\skins folder, and the only ones showing up in my interface menu are the default (yuck) and an old version of Pixelvision. It must be some newer Steam update that broke compatibility, or detection. Whatever it is, I hope it gets fixed, because I'd like to change the Steam skin.

On another note, I think it's well past time that Valve update the default Steam skin to something that's a bit pleasing to look at.
