Steam community market cannot be open in one particular account

The Steam community market of this account cannot be opened since this afternoon. It no matter with internet or my PC, because I tried it on my desktop, laptop, phone(using 4G not wifi), my friend's phone(different operator to mine). Any other function are ok but only market. My other 3 accounts and 1 of my friend's, they are all no problem to open it. Only this one account, when I try to open it via browser it shows HTTP ERROR 500, in app it just loading forever indicating nothing. I'm confusing why other accounts are ok. Anyone else has the same problem to me?

of course it's a server bug, would not make much sense otherwise that some of our accounts work and others do not.
i just hope valve can fix it quickly.. a day without the steam market is like a day without anything to eat :D
