If i have a CS:GO overwatch ban account and buy csgo as gift and gift it to someone will it have a ban on it?

So say i buy CSGO on steam through steam wallet and i have an overwatch ban but i gift it to another account, will it have a ban on it or will it be playable without a ban?

I need to know as cs is like an addiction and i need to play it :)

How does this affect gifting?

Basically how I read this is it should be fine, BUT if that person gets banned you'll never be able to gift it again. Worst case is it just doesn't allow you to gift it at all.

i read it as i cant purchase it again and gift it to my second account and i dont have any cheats, i used bhop script

you can gift it at checkout.

you can not put it into your inventory.

if you get vac banned on the new account, this account can not gift it again.
