help me!
today 05/dec/2016 i buy steamwallet from indonesian online shop(https://www.codashop.com/), i buy at 5.40pm and i check my email i get steamwallet code but i cant redeem. error message "The Steam Wallet code you have entered has already been redeemed. Steam Support is unable to issue you a new code". i ask the shop then them said im already redeem that code at 5.46pm. but i didnt do it, promise me, how its possible i just walk to atm for 10minutes.

You will need to contact the person who sold you the code and request a new code or a refund. Unfortunately Steam cannot assist you.

from the seller suggested that I contact the steam, but out of steam yet the same respon, did you ever have this happen?

Steam cannot assist you with a redeemed code. The seller is trying to avoid taking responsibility. You will need to contact the seller, as they are obligated to either give you a working code or refund your money.

probably first got this problem, if it can be sure the steam can not help with this I would ask for another code or a refund, but earlier if anyone had a problem like this?
