Hitman 2016 refund problem

I tried to refund hitman twice and I got declined for reason "Your playtime of an included product exceeds 2 hours". But, My playtime doesn't exceed 2 hours. Check the screenshot (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7HAtDIZmXIkNENlMkxzaXdZME0/view?usp=sharing)

Can anyone help!!

I challenge you to play more than 10 minutes on my laptop (gt 750m sli). You will stop after 2 minutes. The optimisation is terrible which is why I've requested for a refund. And your claim that I'm a pirate is baseless and rude.

There are two options here, pick your poison:
A: You're lying
or B: You have much bigger problems than worrying about a refund, since someone else clearly has/had access to your account and has been pirating games.

How could it be. Steam guard is enabled.

Time played in offline mode or through family sharing doesn't show up on your profile, but is tracked and counted for return policy purposes. You're stuck with the game.

But I didn't play offline because it runs poorly. And they should show the proof of offline play.
