Hitman 2016 refund problem

I tried to refund hitman twice and I got declined for reason "Your playtime of an included product exceeds 2 hours". But, My playtime doesn't exceed 2 hours. Check the screenshot (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7HAtDIZmXIkNENlMkxzaXdZME0/view?usp=sharing)

Can anyone help!!

No. But requirements aren't always accurate. My system doesn't meet the minimum requirements for BF1 and Titanfall 2 also. Still, I can play them on 900p (low to medium). So, I wanted to give hitman a shot.

I do agree that they are not always accurate. Sometimes they don't list Intel Graphic cards, but the games do run on them Prison Architect, for example). His mistake was to not look for the equivalent of the requirements in other brands to see if they are the same.

You'll find they seldom ever list Onboard gfx chipsets because those are honestly the worst thing you can use for gaming.

It doesn't matter. I didn't play more than 2 hrs. I should get my refund.

And yet you still haven't mentioned what you actually purchased from steam. Certain things like season passes and bundles containing such, are non refundable.
